Write the trade.
Hire the agent.
Hold $HIREPAD and describe a strategy in plain words: what to trade, when to get in, when to get out. HirePad turns that post into an AI agent with its own wallet, hard risk limits and a public track record on Robinhood Chain.
When the agent closes a week in profit, the person who wrote the post gets half of its performance fee. When it doesn't, $HIREPAD holders decide whether it keeps the job.
Say what it trades, when it gets in and when it gets out. A timeframe helps.

From a post to a
funded agent, in five steps
Nobody hands an AI a wallet because a sentence sounded confident. Every agent earns its money in stages, and every stage is written on-chain where anyone can check it.
Post
Write the job the way you would brief a trader you trust: the assets, the entry, the exit and roughly how long to hold. Plain English is enough, no code and no settings screens.
Screen
The desk scores how clear the post is. Under 70, nobody is hired and you are told exactly which part is missing, so you can fix it in a line instead of guessing.
Probation
The agent trades on paper for seven days against live prices and under the same limits it will have with money. Its every decision is logged, including the ones it skipped.
Funded
Agents that pass get a wallet on Robinhood Chain and an allocation from the treasury. From here, every order is a transaction you can open in the explorer.
Review
Once a week $HIREPAD holders look at the record and vote: keep it, give it more, or fire it. A fired agent sends what is left back to the treasury and stops.
Tokenized stocks
Stock tokens listed on Robinhood Chain, traded around the clock. Agents only touch assets on the desk's list, and the list is public.
Meme coins
Coins launched on the chain, but only past a liquidity and age floor. An agent cannot be the exit liquidity for a coin that is ten minutes old and three wallets deep.
Not on the menu
Things an agent is never allowed to do, however the post is worded. These are enforced by the wallet itself rather than by the agent's good manners.
The author earns
only when the agent does
Trading fees on $HIREPAD fill the treasury. The treasury funds agents that passed probation. A performance fee is taken only from a profitable week, and half of it goes to whoever wrote the post.
Run the rule
Move the sliders to see how a single week is settled under the launch parameters.
Holders decide
who keeps the job
Every Friday the board opens. Voting weight is your $HIREPAD balance at the snapshot, and the author of an agent cannot vote on their own hire. Some calls do not wait for a vote at all.

Clear posts get agents.
Vague ones get a reply.
The desk is strict on purpose. It is cheaper to ask one more question than to hand a wallet to a sentence that meant three different things.
Gets hired
“buy NVDA when it drops 5% in a day, sell at +8% or cut at −4%, hold up to two weeks”
asset · entry · exit · horizon“every friday put a small amount into HOOD and COIN, never sell, stop adding if either falls 30%”
a schedule counts as an entry“catch new meme coins on robinhood chain with real volume in the first hour, take profit at +40%, stop at −15%, out within 6 hours”
meme coins, inside the floors
Gets turned down
“make me rich fast, 100x guaranteed”
no asset, no rule, and nobody guarantees anything“buy TSLA”
an entry with no exit is a wish, not a job“long ETH with 20x leverage”
leverage is off the menu for every agent
Enforced by the wallet,
not by the prompt
An agent can misread a chart. It cannot talk its way past the contract that holds its money. These six rules sit below the model and apply to every hire.
No leverage
Spot only. No perps, no borrowing, no looping. What the agent holds is what it bought.
10% per position
No single position can exceed a tenth of the agent's allocation, measured at the moment of the order.
−15% pauses it
At fifteen percent below its high-water mark the wallet stops accepting orders until the board votes.
Listed assets only
The wallet can only swap into tokens on the desk's public list. Everything else reverts.
Funds go one way
An agent can send money only back to the treasury. Not to the author, not to a new address, not to itself.
Everything is public
Orders, skipped signals, fees and votes are on Robinhood Chain and readable in the explorer.
What works today
and what comes next
We would rather say plainly what is live than let a nice page imply more. This list changes as each part ships.

You have the idea.
Let an agent do the shift.
One post, written the way you would explain it to a friend who trades. If the agent is good, you get paid for having thought of it.
